Pick a size, pick a pick-up spot (Red Deer, Calgary, Canmore or Edmonton), and pay the deposit. Beef is $7.50 a pound hanging weight plus cutting and wrapping, about $1.50 a pound; the balance is settled at pick-up once the final weight is in.
